Principles of installation of solar power plants and specifics of work:

Installation of a solar power plant on the ground.

The construction and installation principle of the solar power plant on the ground is the most expensive of all. It consists of many parts that make up the main frame. The main frame must be firmly drilled or concreted into the ground to withstand various weather conditions. The price also includes works. This structure, unlike all others, requires a piling machine or drilling rig along with the concrete mix. A power station on the ground is usually built a little further from the object to be connected, which affects the price, because more cables, excavation work or special pipes are needed to protect the cables.
Mounting:
First, piles (sigma profile) are drilled and concreted or driven into the ground. Crossbars (c-shaped profile) and supports (c-shaped profile) are attached to the sigma profile with screws. Then special profiles are placed to which the solar modules are attached. Solar modules are attached to the profile with brackets.

Installation of a solar power plant on a flat roof (bituminous coating and PVC coating).

PVC roofing is light and very durable, so it does not burden the roof structure with a lot of weight.
Bituminous roofing is made by soaking glass or cellulose fibers in bitumen mass. Such a roof covering stands out not only for its durability and elasticity, but also for its aesthetic properties.
When installing a solar power plant on a flat roof, it is necessary to assess the area of the roof and the quality of the roof covering. If the roof covering is only satisfactory, it is suggested to replace it first and only then start the installation of the solar power plant. In order to replace the roof covering with an already installed power plant, it is necessary to dismantle it and put it back after the repair work, which requires additional funds. It is important to calculate the distances between rows of modules so that one row does not cast a shadow on the other, as this will reduce the efficiency of the power plant. For installation on a flat roof, ballast structures are used (eg: Rem-23 or ConSole+) and ballasts calculated according to the required weight. The angle of inclination of the modules can be 15 or 30 degrees.
Mounting:
First, the structure is created and placed over the entire roof. Do not place in one place, as the combined weight can damage the roof covering. After that, weight ballasts are placed on the solar power structure and only then are the solar modules attached to the structure with special brackets.

Installation of a solar power plant on a pitched roof with a slate coating.

First of all, this construction requires special studs that rotate through the slate covering and battens or roof rafters. The studs must be driven into the top of the slate wave so that moisture does not accumulate and retain.
Mounting:
First, studs are driven through the slate covering into the roof battens or rafters. Then, a special and weatherproof material is applied around the stud, which is impermeable to moisture and water. After that, a plate is mounted to the stud and a profile with special solar module holders is fixed on it.

Installation of a solar power plant on a pitched roof with rolled tin.

This installation principle is very simple and good because it does not pierce the roof covering. Special clamps press on the roller and perfectly hold the entire structure of the solar power plant.
Mounting:
First, the brackets are installed on the roller. Then a profile is attached to the brackets, on which the solar modules are pressed with the brackets.

Installation of a solar power plant on a pitched roof with tin covering.

This construction is simple and straightforward.
Mounting:
Special profiles are attached to the roof covering with screws and sealed rubber. Also, under the profile there is a sealed material that does not allow moisture or water.

Installation of a solar power plant on a pitched roof with clay tiles.

The installation work of this structure takes longer than other structures. Installation is more complicated because you need to lift each tile. It is advisable to have a spare tile as it may split during installation. In this case, it must be replaced with a new one.
Mounting:
First, the tile is lifted, then special hooks are screwed into the rafter. A profile is mounted on the hooks to which the solar modules are attached.

Solar modules are energy system devices that help you live a modern and conscious life.
You will reduce environmental pollution by approximately 5 tons of CO2 per year.
It is predicted that in 2030 every third household will use the electricity produced in this way.

The solar power plant is an excellent and guaranteed return investment. Usually, a solar power plant pays for itself in 5-7 years - after installing a solar power plant, you will increase the value of your real estate.

By using solar energy, you will reduce the cost of using electricity.
Electricity costs can be reduced by as much as 3 times per year. You become an independent energy producer.

We use smart equipment and the safest technologies - we install "Sharp" and "SWISS SOLAR" solar modules.
Sharp has 55 years of experience in the field of solar energy technology, which gives it confidence in making this investment. With Sharp Energy Solutions Europe, a center for innovative energy production solutions has appeared on the European market.

Solar manufacturers define two different warranties: product and performance. The power of the solar module usually decreases with time - the maximum decrease is determined in the performance guarantee. Sharp offers a 15-year warranty on products and a 25-year linear warranty on manufacturing results.

Sharp offers a wide range of photovoltaic modules.
The Fronius inverters (voltage converters) we use are Austrian quality and a 7-year warranty.
Swiss Solar is an independent European company represented in more than 100 countries worldwide, headquartered in Switzerland. The main activity is the development, production and supply of innovative cell systems and solar modules.
Swiss Solar products are based on innovative technologies: they produce only monocrystalline modules; from 2020, they are produced only using PERC technology.
Swiss Solar aims to expand globally to provide customers with quick access to services and products. Constantly increases investments in research and development of new products in order to be able to offer customers only the most modern solutions that will enable the implementation of projects. Constantly improving the power, performance and reliability of its modules to achieve its technological superiority in the market and become the world's leading supplier of innovative solar modules.
The manufacturer provides a 30-year efficiency guarantee and a 20-year product guarantee for SWISS SOLAR solar modules.
The manufacturer provides a 10-year warranty for inverters.
