Delivery of goods
You can pick up the ordered goods free of charge at Mazgas (Uosio St. 8B, Kaunas). Once the order is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation message about the possibility of collection.
Items in stock will be delivered within 4-5 working days.
If the ordered goods are not in stock, the goods will be delivered within the term specified for each item separately. We can inform you individually about other delivery times. However, we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered within the terms specified in the Rules and/or elsewhere in the Store, as well as the delivery terms specified for you individually, especially if we do not have the ordered goods in stock. We undertake to make every effort to deliver the item(s) as soon as possible.
During the delivery of the package, we ask you (or another person receiving the package) together with the courier to carefully check the condition of the package, the quantity and quality of the received package.
If a violation of the package, inconsistency in the quantity, quality, or assortment of the goods is found, you must not accept the package. In this case, the courier together with you fills out a special package inspection report, which indicates the violations found.
If you accept the shipment and sign the data logger provided by the courier or the paper delivery confirmation without comments, we will consider that the goods were delivered in the undamaged package of the shipment, the quantity/quality/assortment of the goods complies with the conditions of purchase and sale.
Couriers deliver bulky goods (more than 30 kg) only to the address specified by you, delivery of goods to your home is not included in delivery services. To order the product delivery to door service, please contact us by message (the service is paid)
Returning the goods
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement concluded with the Seller by notifying the Seller no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the item.
The Buyer can exercise the right to return the goods only if the goods are undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance (labels have not been removed or damaged, protective films have not been torn off, etc.), have not lost their usable properties and are unused (not valid for low-quality goods).
The product must be returned in the original packaging, in the same set as the Buyer received, along with the purchase document, instructions for use and other items belonging to the product. If the product is not fully assembled, damaged, untidy or not properly packed, the Seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it and not to return the money paid by the Buyer for the product.
Buyer pays all shipping costs to return a quality item.
